The Cypriot Finance Minister Harris Georgiades and the Iranian deputy finance minister Ali Asgari signed a double taxation avoidance treaty between Cyprus and Iran on Tuesday 04 August 2015. The agreement is expected to strengthen the investment links between two countries both of which are located at strategic geographic places.
Once further details of the agreement are disclosed we will proceed with a more detail analysis on the specifics of the DTT.
