The formation and registration procedure normally takes eight to twelve working days. It usually takes two to three days to obtain approval for the company name and another five to eight days are needed from the submission of the required forms and documents to the Registrar of Companies. The exact time frame depends always on the workload of the Registrar of Companies.

- A detailed description of the proposed activities of the Company
- The Registered office of the company
- The Share Capital
- The company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association signed by each of the company’s shareholders
- The following personal information is required for each shareholder(s), director(s) and secretary of the company:

Residential and Business address
Date of birth
Nationality
Occupation
Details of past and existing business activities (in the case of Directors, disclosure of other directorships in Cypriot companies is also needed)
Notarized copies of passport
- In case that either of the shareholder(s), director(s) or secretary of the company is another company, the following corporate information is needed:
Company’s full name
Registration Number
Registered address
Jurisdiction where the company is incorporated
Company’s full set of the statutory documents and the most recent financials is normally requested
